In 1998, the magazine was repositioned as Building Components, with WoodWords moving to a newsletter format.

In 1999, the success of BC prompted the WTCA to bring back WW as a full-scale magazine, and KE was hired to manage the operations of the magazine, as it had done previously.

My responsibilities included:

*Directing the work of the magazine's managing editor, including editing 100 percent of the magazine's editorial.
*Managing the activities of the art department.
*Developing print and online sales and marketing materials.
*Directing production and printing of the magazine and collateral pieces.

My accomplishments included:

*Helping the WTCA reposition their newsletter as a full-scale trade magazine.
*Developing print media kit and collateral materials.
*Overseeing the transition of the magazine's publication from KE to the WTCA after the first year, while KE continued to publish BC.
